My husband is becoming a master smoker, and tried his hand at some bacon-wrapped ribs. They were delicious and the kids ate them up!
If you have a smoker or a friend with a smoker you need to try this simple recipe out!

Take the silver back off the ribs. Then cut into individual riblets. Cover in dry rub. Wrap each riblet in a slice of bacon. Coat in bbq sauce and place on smoker for 3 hours covered. Spritz with apple juice. Uncover and smoke for 2 to 3 hours, or until they ribs begin to pull apart.
