Overnight oats are an easy and delicious way to make breakfast as a meal prep. A week’s worth of breakfast can be made in about 5 minutes total!
This classic Brown Sugar Cinnamon combination can be made and served up any day of the week or any time of the year. You can eat these cold (this is what I do) or warm them up in the microwave to enjoy them warm.

Overnight oats can easily be made with regular yogurt, plant based yogurt, or Greek yogurt. Making it so there is more or less protein or making it vegetarian friendly too! No matter what you use this is going to become a staple for your easy breakfast meal prep routine!

- Stir everything up and store in fridge until you are ready to eat. You can put whatever add ins you want or more sugar if you like things sweeter.
- You can eat these hot or cold and you can add anything into them.
