Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove from the oven and let it rest before slicing into thin strips.
While the chicken is cooking boil water and add salt.
Cook the noodles in the boiling water until they are al dente.
Drain the water from the noodles and set aside.
When those two things are cooking mix together the dressing ingredients.
Once everything is cooked, place washed and chopped romaine lettuce in a bowl, add sliced chicken, croutons, parmesan cheese and pasta.
Drizzle with dressing.
