
Chocolate Covered Cherry Overnight Oats
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 T (1 1/2 tsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup cherries
1 to 1-1/2 tsp mini chocolate chips
Mix everything in a container and let sit overnight. Enjoy every morning! I eat mine cold but these could be warmed up. You can also add more sweetness if you prefer that.
