Chocolate Covered Strawberry Overnight Oats

Makes 1 serving

1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats

1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of choice)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

4-5 strawberries (I usually use frozen)

1 T cocoa powder

1-2 tsp maple syrup

1/4-1/2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Put all ingredients into a 1 cup container (I like my Ello Brand ones here or my Rubbermaid ones here).

Next stir until it is well combined.

Let sit in the fridge overnight or up to 4 days.
