Makes 1 serving.
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
1 T unsweetened coconut flakes divided
1 – 1 1/2 tsp agave nectar
2 tsp graham crackers crushed divided
Mix all the ingredients together in a container except 1 tsp toasted coconut flakes (put 1 tsp per serving into a frying pan for a few seconds on medium heat) and 1 tsp graham crackers reserve these two for toppings.
Let sit for a few hours or overnight to let the oats soak up the liquid. You can eat these hot or cold.
