Ingredients Method

Ingredients

1 large or 2 small cucumbers
1/4 red onion
2 T white wine vinegar
2 T sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried dill
1/2 cup sour cream

Method

Thinly slice the cucumbers and the red onion.
In a bowl mix the sour cream, white wine vinegar, and spices.
Put vegetables in the dressing and toss. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
