Here is another recipe the kids were asking for again! They said it tastes better than a restaurant, and let me tell you, that means a lot as they LOVE take out pizza.
You can add whatever toppings you would like to this pizza. I have used it as is or added pepperoni, or spinach. Add the vegetables and proteins you like to this pizza base and you will be making this over and over!
If you have an air fryer, this pizza is a perfect option to cook in there. It makes the cheese bubbly and the crust slightly crisp, making it so dreamy!

Serves 2 depending on crust size
1 flatbread pizza crust
1 ball mozzarella cheese
5-6 Basil leaves
1-2 T Olive oil
Tomato slices
Salt
Pepper
Minced garlic clove
Balsamic vinegar optional
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mince garlic clove and put in a small bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, a tablespoon or two, and stir together.
Lay flatbread pizza crust on a baking sheet.
Drizzle the garlic olive oil over the crust.
Slice or break apart the mozzarella ball into small pieces, and sprinkle broken pieces onto the crust you may not use it all.
Next, take basil leaves and sprinkle/place them on the pizza crust evenly. You may want to rip these apart or chiffonade cut them so they sprinkle easier.
Next, slice the tomato into thin slices. Place around the pizza.
Bake until the cheese is starting to melt and the crust is looking more crisp.
Take it out and drizzle with balsamic vinegar if you are using it.
