Pancakes are for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There really isn’t a bad time to be eating fluffy pancakes!
This recipe is great for prepping the pancake mix ahead of time too. You can make this by adding all of the dry ingredients to an air-tight container and writing the recipe for the liquids on the outside. I do this on a super fancy piece of construction paper :).

Ingredients
Method
- Mix your first 4 ingredients together. While doing this melt your butter in the microwave.
- Add your melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla to the bowl. Stir well, but it is ok if there are a few lumps.
- Heat a skillet so it is warm, this will help the first pancake come out golden brown. Place about 1/4 cup of pancake mix in the skillet. Cook until bubbles cover the surface. Flip and cook until the second side is golden brown.
