A classic grilled chicken breast can be used in so many ways. Top salads with it, use it as easy meal prep, put it in a pasta dish, or put it in a sandwich just to name a few.
Grilled chicken is flavorful and healthy. It is full of protein and you can make it taste however you want, just find some seasonings in your cupboard and start experimenting!
However, in the recipe below I list some of my family’s favorite seasonings for grilled chicken breast.

Method
- Coat your chicken in the olive oil.
- Sprinkle with the seasoning mix of your choice.
- Place on grill and cook for 6-7 minutes, flip.
- Cook for another 6-7 minutes.
- Take the internal temperature of the chicken breast, when it reads 165 take it off the grill and serve.
