Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Put chicken breast between parchment paper sheets and gently pound flat with a tenderizer or something like a rolling pin, until it is about 1/2 an inch thick.
In a bowl, mix together parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Drip the chicken breasts into the mixture, or sprinkle evenly over them on both sides.
Place chicken breasts onto a greased baking sheet, use more parchment paper for easier clean up.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165.
When. you take the chicken breast out of the oven, spoon marinara sauce over the top of each of them and then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Put bake in the oven on broil to melt the cheese.
Serve over noodles, a bed of lettuce, or by itself!
If meal prepping, let cool before putting it into your favorite glass container.
