These cookies make a great snack or a yummy quick breakfast. Because of the bananas, they have a very “fudgy” texture, almost like a brownie.
With only 6 ingredients and none of them flour, these cookies are gluten-free! They are also vegetarian if you use vegan chocolate, which makes them an accessible recipe for everyone!
Because of the ingredients used, they do not spread so you can put a lot of them on the pan at the same time, which reduced the length of time you are in the kitchen!

Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mash the banana really well. Then add all the other ingredients and stir.
- Next portion out the dough on a cookie sheet. I used a medium sized cookies scoop.
- Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
