4 ounces of cream cheese
2 T butter
1/4 cup parmesan
4 slices muenster cheese (can also use mozzarella)
1/4 -1/2 tsp garlic powder (start with 1/4 and then taste it, add more if needed)
Salt and pepper to taste (put some in, taste it if it is bland add more)
Small handful of fresh spinach
1/4 cup milk
Get a small crock pot and put the ingredients listed above in, let it melt, stirring frequently. The smaller crock pots don’t always have a temperature gauge so I unplug it and let it cool down if it is going to sit awhile.
