Maple Pumpkin Yogurt

Looking for some healthy fall snack ideas? This is the one you want!

It is maply, pumpkinie, and has the delicious creamy texture of Greek yogurt. You can use any flavor of yogurt, but I like to use French Vanilla. I am partial to the Aldi brand that is organic, it is fairly cost-effective and tastes amazing! There are also 15 grams of protein in it per serving which is pretty great.

This is a quick snack you can make in a big batch and portion out for the week or you can make it each time you want it. Either way it tastes just like fall in a cup!
