Monkey Bread

Makes 6-8 servings

3 tubes buttermilk biscuits

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a bowl put the granulated sugar and cinnamon. Stir until mixed.

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and drop into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Mix them around until they are all coated evenly in the mixture.

Place evenly into a bundt cake pan.

In a small saucepan, melt the brown sugar and butter.

Pour caramel mixture over biscuit pieces in the bundt cake pan.

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until biscuits are baked through. Let stand for 5 minutes before placing a large plate or cookie sheet on the top of the pan and flipping the bundt cake pan over.

Gently shake the pan with oven mitts on to remove the monkey bread.
