One Pot Pasta

Makes 4 – 6 servings

2 T butter

2 cloves garlic minced or 1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 cups chicken or vegetable broth

2 chicken breasts (cooked Air Fryer Chicken, use Italian herbs to season) optional

1 cup milk

8 – 10 ounces of spaghetti or angel hair pasta

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup spinach leaves

3/4 cup cherry tomatoes whole or sliced

1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

1 T chopped parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley flakes

Melt butter in a skillet. Next add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds, until fragrant.

Next add the cooked chicken breast (this is optional), noodles, milk, salt and pepper, and broth.

Let simmer until all of the liquids are absorbed.

Next add the vegetables and Parmesan cheese. Stir in.

Top with parsley.
