Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Makes 18 cookies

1 cup peanut butter

2/3 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1/2 cup NLA for Her Vanilla Cupcake protein

1 scoop NLA for Her Multicollagen

1 tsp vanilla

1/4-1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Measure and pour all ingredients in the list except chocolate chips in a bowl or in your stand mixer.

Mix all ingredients until a dough forms.

Add chocolate chips and stir until combined.

Use a cookie scoop to portion out the cookies. Then flatten with a fork.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are turning golden brown on the edges.
