Smoothies are so easy for breakfast! They are also a really healthy way to start the day.
This peanut butter smoothie has a lot of protein and fiber in it so you will be full all day, or it is a great post-workout snack. The spinach also adds a lot of vitamins and minerals, which help you feel better and keep you energized.
The classic combination of peanut butter and banana is just something you can’t not love! You can also add a little cocoa powder to this to make it have a little chocolatey touch.
Meal plan/prep for this by making smoothie packs, putting the spinach, banana, and peanut butter in a freezer-safe container or baggie, and keeping them in the freezer. Then you just have to add the other few ingredients and you will have a yummy frozenish smoothie!
You can also pump up the protein by adding a scoop of your favorite chocolate or vanilla protein powder.
