Peanut Butter Yogurt

You really cannot make an easier healthy snack than this 2 ingredient peanut butter and Greek yogurt dip.

I call it a dip because it tastes so good with fruit, but you could easily eat this snack by itself and still get that 18 grams of protein in!

You can melt the peanut butter like I did here or you can skip that step and just stir the peanut butter into the yogurt. Either way, it is one of my go-to healthy snacks because it is so easy to make and also take with you to work, kids activities, the pool, any where you need a snack!

Also, these are two things ha the kiddos love so it’s a great option for a kid’s snack whenever you need to get them something delicious and healthy quickly. Vanilla Greek Yogurt is also a good alternative to plain yogurt if you like that better.
