Pizza Casserole

1 pound ground pork or beef browned

14 ounces pizza sauce (I used tomato sauce with 1 tsp Ms. Dash Italian seasoning in it)

1 1/2 cup noodles

1 – 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

3 carrots – optional

Pepperoni for the top

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.

Brown the meat and drain the grease.

Peel, slice, and boil carrots. When they are fork-tender put them in a blender and puree them, add them to the pizza sauce.

Pour the meat, noodles, and sauce into a 9×13 pan. Then stir everything together. Next top with cheese and top with pepperoni.

Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melty.

This also freezes very well. Instead of baking it pop it in the freezer until you need it!
