Makes 4 servings
4 cups green beans
1-2 T olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic minced or powder
Preheat oven to 425.
Wash green beans and dry them off, place them in a bowl.
Drizzle green beans with olive oil. Sprinkle with spices.
Place them on a baking sheet, trying to keep them in one layer, may need two pans.
Roast them in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until done to your liking.
