Simple Macaroni and Cheese

Makes 4 servings

1 cup elbow noodles

1/2 – 1 cup Velveeta cheese cubed

1/4 – 1/2 cup milk

1-2 T butter

Salt

Pepper

Boil a pot of water, add 1 tsp salt to the water. Pour in the noodles and boil until they are soft but not mushy, al dente.

Then add the cheese cubes, milk, and butter. Stir until these are melted.

Taste it and add cheese, salt, or milk to make it more to your liking. If you like it creamier add a tablespoon or two more milk.
