You can use this recipe both inside using a frying pan or griddle or take it outside to a Blackstone. Whichever you have you can make some pretty amazing food!

- Heat a griddle or skillet to medium high heat.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper together. Divide the meat mixutre into equal portions and form them into balls.
- Next, put each ball of meat onto the heated pan or griddle. Take a spatula or other flat tool and smash the meat into a very thin patty.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes and then flip, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- While the meat is cooking, mix the Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, lime juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the buns in the oven to toast or place on the griddle to toast the surface.
- When the burgers are cooked place on bun and put the toppings on that you would like!
