2 pounds ground beef
1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt pepper
Lawry’s seasoning salt
Mix the Worcestershire, meat, and egg in a bowl. Then start making really big flat patties with about 4 ounces. I made them thin because these get thick with all the toppings and the second patty. I wanted to make three burgers so I made three of these. We left one plain for my kiddo who doesn’t eat cheese.
Next lay them out. Wash your hands and mix together the cheese, cream cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Make this into about four small balls then pats flat and place on top of meat patty.
Next divide the rest of the meat into more balls and flatten. Place on top of cheese. Next seal them by pinching tightly.
Season with Lawry’s season salt on both sides and place on smoker. Cook until they temp at 160.
Use your favorite burger toppings and enjoy!
