Steak Sheet Pan Meal

Sheet pan meals are a great meal prep as they can be assembled quickly and are able to be customized to your liking.

This style of recipe is very healthy and can be made into a very easy meal prep so your lunches are prepped and ready to go for the rest of the week!

Steak Sheet Pan Meal

Ingredients
  

  • 2 steaks cubed
  • 1-2 T favorite steak seasoning blend Mrs. Dash Orginial is good!
  • 1-2 T olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper large dice
  • 1 onion large dice
  • 2-3 carrots sliced
  • 1 head broccoli cut into florets
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method
 

  1. Get out two sheet pans, cover with foil for easy clean up or omit this step.
  2. Take cubed steak and cover with 1 T olive oil. Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning, I like Mrs. Dash Original seasoning and add my own salt. Stir this in and make sure all pieces are covered. Next lay these out on one of the cookie sheets.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the vegetables, 1 T olive oil, and salt and pepper. Spread this out over the other cookie sheet. It is best if you can keep these pieces separated from each other, they will actually roast and not steam.
  4. Put both pans into a 425 F degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until the steak temps at least 145 internally or until your preference has been achieved. Check the vegetables and keep cooking until they are to your liking.
