Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

Makes 2 servings

2 cups frozen strawberries

2 kiwis (peeled)

3/4 cup coconut milk or milk of choice

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (can use strawberry if you would like)

1 scoop Strawberry Kiwi NLA for Her BCAAs*

1 tsp agave nectar

*Optional, but adds a lot of flavor and can aid in muscle repair, growth, and soreness.

Place all ingredients in your favorite blender. Blend, I use my Ninja smoothie cups and hit the Nutri Ninja button, it makes it perfectly smooth every time!

If it is too thick you can add a splash more milk too thin it down. If it got to watery for your liking add a little more yogurt and blend again.
