
Makes 1 serving
1 – 1/2 cups baby spinach leaves or romaine
1/8 red onion slivered
3 strawberries sliced
1 – 2 T feta cheese
1 T slivered almonds
1-2 T Balsamic vinaigrette
Optional Sliced cooked chicken breast
Put spinach in a bowl or plate. Prep other fruits and veggies by cutting them up, then place on salad. Next add the feta cheese and slivered almonds. If adding chicken put it on top.
If eating right away add the Balsamic vinaigrette. If taking to work or traveling with it put the dressing in a small container to pour on later.
