Tacos

1 pound ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning or 3 T homemade taco seasoning

1/4 cup water

Taco shells/tortillas

Optional 1 can black beans or 1 cup cooked lentils

Taco toppings of choice:

Shredded lettuce

Shredded cheese

Tomatoes

Onions

Sour cream

Taco sauce

Brown hamburger meat in a skillet. Drain the fat.

Add taco seasoning and water, if you would like add beans or lentils. This will help extend the protein source so you can make more tacos! Stir until the spices are all over. Heat until desired temperature.

Place in your favorite taco shells, tortillas or over salad.
