Vanilla Cupcake Overnight Oats

Makes 1 serving

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup coconut milk

1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or vanilla Greek yogurt

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 tsp chia seeds optional

Place all ingredients in your favorite 1-cup container. I use these from the Rubbermaid brand, these can be found in my Amazon Storefront.

Then stir everything together and place in the fridge for a few hours and up to 4 days. You will know the oats are ready when they have soaked up the liquid.
