What Is Apple Cinnamon Bread?
Quick breads are so easy and quick to prep. This Apple Cinnamon Bread is no exception! It is a soft, moist and fluffy bread you can make to have your house smelling like a fall bakery any day of the week.
It is a simple quick bread, but it does take a while to bake as it is a loaf. If you want to make it into muffins just split it into the muffin tins and bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- First, pare and chop the apples. I used Gala, but Granny Smith would add some tartness. Set to the side.
- Cream the butter, applesauce, white sugar, and brown sugar together. Next, add the eggs and mix in, I used my hand mixer.
- Add the baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, and apples. Mix well, I switched to a rubber scraper at this point to avoid over-stirring.
- Create a well in the liquids and add the salt, vanilla, and flour.
- Gently stir in until mixed. Do not over-stir.
- Pour into a prepared loaf pan. If using pecans sprinkle over the top.
- Bake at 350 for 55 -65 minutes. Check with a toothpick at 55 minutes to see if it comes out clean. If it does not keep baking it.
- Enjoy!
