I love this salad! It is one of my favorites of all time and I cannot get over it every time I make it.
It is also the one that my family asks me to make when we have family gatherings. It goes perfectly with any main dish. It is salty, sweet, and crunchy. It hits all of your cravings at the same time and it has a ton of broccoli in it for an extra benefit of lots of fiber!
This dish is also great to make for family gatherings, pot lucks, and holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, or Easter.
Pair this with a well-cooked chicken breast and you have an amazing meal prep that you can make over and over again.
