Buffalo chicken is amazing! I love buffalo chicken dip, buffalo chicken wings, and literally anything buffalo is so good.
I was looking for a lighter way to enjoy this flavor combo and came up with this. I hope you also enjoy it!

- Preheat oven to 375.
- Season the chicken with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper.
- Put the chicken breast on a pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165 F internally.
- Take chicken out of the oven and shred it. Toss in a bowl with the buffalo sauce to coat it.
- While the chicken is cooking, assemble the salad in bowls or on plates. This is a really easy to meal prep meal too, just put the salads in containers.
- Top evenly with the buffalo chicken mix and dressing of choice.
