Preheat oven to 375.
Season the chicken with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper.
Put the chicken breast on a pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165 F internally.
Take chicken out of the oven and shred it. Toss in a bowl with the buffalo sauce to coat it.
While the chicken is cooking, assemble the salad in bowls or on plates. This is a really easy to meal prep meal too, just put the salads in containers. Top evenly with the buffalo chicken mix and dressing of choice.
