Chocolate caramel brownies are something my mom made for us all the time when we were kids! I loved them every time she made them.

These brownies are quick to prepare and quick to have an empty pan no matter where you take them. Back in the day, we would take these to pot lucks or picnics and they would never make it home, so we made sure to grab one right away!

Chocolate and caramel are two flavors that pair perfectly together. In this recipe you get the cakey texture of the chocolate cake mix which is rich and delicious, but not as dense as a regular brownie mix. Then you add in the melted caramel and it adds the perfect chewy texture to add a little interest to the bars.

You are going to love the ease of this recipe and be making them over and over again!
