Tips for the Best Healthier Chicken and Noodles

Using leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken will add a lot of flavor to the meal while also saving time.

To have the best creamy texture, make sure to include the cornstarch. It is the thickening agent and it will give the sauce the best texture.

Stirring frequently is key for a chicken and noodle recipe. It will keep the noodles from sticking together and the sauce from forming lumps.

Egg noodles cook very quickly and they help to thicken the sauce. If it gets too thick too fast you can add a little more milk or chicken broth to thin it back down to your liking.

To add some color and freshness top this with some fresh parsley.
