Method
- Cook chicken to your liking. I use the recipe linked above, or poached chicken shredded.
- Next, put the chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley flakes, salt, and a shake or two of pepper in a large measuring cup or small bowl. Mix well.
- Put the chicken and uncooked noodles in a skillet. Pour liquids and spices over the top. Stir well and heat to simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Whisk in the 1 T of cornstarch and let simmer until the noodles are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
