Sandwiches are amazing. They are quick, easy, can be made how each family members likes them, and just overall perfect for an easy meal.
I have found the layering of a sandwich, especially one like a Club Sandwich, makes a huge difference in how you enjoy the meal or not.
Make sure to keep the tomato away from the bread. This will prevent the bread from getting soggy while you have it in your lunchbox or are waiting to eat it. I would suggest putting the cheese right on top of the spread you are using, then the veggie layers, next bacon if you are using it, and finally the meat. You could even pat the meat dry before putting it on the bread if you really want to keep your bread from getting soggy!
