Club Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 6 ounces of turkey slices
  • 6 ounces of ham slices
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon
  • 8 pieces of lettuce
  • 4 slices of tomatoes
  • 4 slices of muenester cheese
  • 4 T Greek Yogurt or Mayo
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method
 

  1. Prep the veggies by washing and slicing.
  2. Next toast your bread in the toaster or oven to do it all at the same time.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Greek yogurt or mayo on one slice of bread, salt and pepper as needed.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on the spread, layer the lettuce, tomato, 2 slices of bacon, and 2 ounces of each meat.
  5. Place a second slice of bread on top.
  6. Cut in half and enjoy!
