Crispy (or grilled) Chicken Salad

Nothing is easier than this crispy (or grilled) chicken salad.

Make your life easier by using chicken strips to cut up and put on top of this salad. You can use traditional breaded chicken strips for the yummy breaded goodness (I use the ones from a big store, and they have 14 grams of protein per serving) or you can use frozen grilled chicken that just needs to be heated up.

Either way, you are going to be so happy eating this chicken salad for lunch or dinner. It is a really easy one to meal prep. You can keep the chicken cold or pop it in the microwave for some warmth. Either way, you are going to love it!

Dress it with your favorite vinaigrette or use a creamy-based dressing.
