Here are the steps I follow when making a meal plan and preparing for the rest of the week.
These are easy steps to integrate into any strategy you already use, you may be doing these steps without even realizing you are doing them!
Meal planning steps:
- Shop the pantry
- Shop the fridge
- Make a list
- Shop the store
- Put it away
- Put it away per meal
- Put it away in boxes
- Meal prep it right away
Meal planning and preparing is something that may add a little time on the front end of unpacking groceries, but will definitely save you hours on the back end!
