Kielbasa Sheet Pan Meal

Sheet pan meals are so quick and easy to prepare, they include tons of vegetables and a delicious protein source making them a healthy option too! It takes about 10 minutes to prepare the food and 25-30 for it to bake on the sheet, making this a quick and healthy meal you can prepare on any schedule.

My children’s favorite meal is the Kielbasa Sausage Sheet Pan. It is a healthy meal we could make each week and never get tired of it.

When you go to make this meal, you can use whatever vegetables you have on hand if you do not have what is listed on the recipe, or if you are not a fan of onions just leave them off!

Lining your cookie sheet with parchment paper will help make clean up extremely easy, so don’t forget to do that!

Meal prep tip: cut all of your vegetables up when you get home from the store into chunks. This way they are ready for snacking or for prepping an easy sheet pan meal in minutes (just not the potatoes, they will turn colors).

This meal is also delicious as leftovers so you can add a few extra vegetables onto the sheet pan and have your work week lunches packed and ready without doing any extra work.

  5. Spread evenly over a sheet pan.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, stir and move food around, then bake for 10-12 more minutes or until desired doneness.
