Method
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prepare knife cuts for ingredients. Keep all ingredients about the same size. The carrots will take longer than the other vegetables if cut too thick.
- After cutting all vegetables, put them into a mixing bowl.
- Coat with olive oil and sprinkle with the spices.
- Spread evenly over a sheet pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, stir and move food around, then bake for 10-12 more minutes or until desired doneness.
