To make meal prep the easiest possible use shredded rotisserie chicken you can pick up from your favorite store already made. This adds that extra layer of convenience you might be needing this week.
To really make the eating experience enjoyable, I always suggest cutting the veggies and proteins (eggs and chicken) to similarly small sizes so you can get an equally delicious bite every time you take one.
Add more ranch seasoning or lemon juice to the recipe to fit your tastes. The best way to do this for a loaded chicken egg salad is to take a small sample bite and then decide what you want more of before dishing it into the meal prep bowls.
To change the creaminess level you could try adding a little mayo by using 1/2 the amount of Greek yogurt and 1/2 the amount of mayo, or blend cottage cheese and pair it when the mayo. It would add more protein and would be so delicious!
Make sure to keep this dish cold until you are ready to eat it. The flavors really work work so well when this is cold, also food borne illness……..
Meal Prep and Storage Tips for Loaded Chicken Egg Salad

After making this recipe store it in an air tight container. This prevents flavor transfers from the refrigerator to the salad and will also keep all the veggies and proteins staying as fresh as possible.
This is a great grab and go snack or meal prep. It is cold too so it works really well for anyone and everyone no matter if you have a microwave or not!
If the wrap isn’t for you, you can eat this with veggies like carrots, celery sticks or cucumber slices. This makes it a gluten free meal ready for anyone!
For easy tracking if you like to do that, make sure to use a measuring cup to separate the contents into your meal prep bowls. A one cup serving would make for a great start and easy tracking.
This is a meal that can easily be made in advance. Picking one day a week to start meal prepping (we use Sunday at our house) to make the first batch of lunches works well. We also don’t prep for the whole week because we like to use supper leftovers as meal prep for lunch reducing food waste overall.
