Sauteed Chicken Breast

My child who usually doesn’t usually like when mom makes chicken ate this and said this is the best chicken he has ever had in his life!

I didn’t realize he liked it this way so much and usually prepped it in the oven, crock pot, or in small chunks then in the saute pan. But, I was thinking about it and the methods (besides the crock pot) might make the chicken too dry for his preference. So you better believe I will be sauteing whole chicken breasts more often around here!

  1. I know the kiddos will eat it and they loved it.
  2. It is a healthy way to prep chicken. You can use any fat in the pan and it really doesn’t take a lot!
  3. You can flavor it for whatever mood you are in. I listed the kids’ favorite one in the recipe below.
