- In a large skillet heat 1 T of oil.
- Add broccoli, carrots, and peppers and cook over high heat until tender crisp, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, stir for 30 seconds.
- Stir in the sauce mix and add to the pan. Bring the sauce to a boil and cook while stirring for 1 minute or until thickened.
- Top with sesame seeds and serve
