Vegetable Stir Fry

Ingredients
  

  • Sauce
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1 cup broth chicken, vegetable, or beef
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 1/2 green pepper sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 T sesame oil

Method
 

  1. In a large skillet heat 1 T of oil.
  2. Add broccoli, carrots, and peppers and cook over high heat until tender crisp, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, stir for 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in the sauce mix and add to the pan. Bring the sauce to a boil and cook while stirring for 1 minute or until thickened.
  5. Top with sesame seeds and serve
