- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Divide into 4 balls.
- Smash the balls into patties using a burger press or your hands.
- Grill until your desired doneness, or internal thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
- Use in burger bowl recipe, on a bun, over a salad, etc.
- Top with lettuce, cheese, tomato, garlic aioli, egg, etc.
