The Best Grilled Burger

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Divide into 4 balls.
  3. Smash the balls into patties using a burger press or your hands.
  4. Grill until your desired doneness, or internal thermometer reads 160 degrees F.
  5. Use in burger bowl recipe, on a bun, over a salad, etc.
  6. Top with lettuce, cheese, tomato, garlic aioli, egg, etc.
