Apple Turkey Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups salad greens
  • 4 oz lean cooked turkey breast shredded or chopped
  • 1 medium apple thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
  • Maple Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 4 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 T maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Get a salad bowl or meal prep container and put the salad greens, sliced apples, cucumbers, and red onion.
  2. Sprinkle the turkey, cranberries, and the almonds on top of the veggies.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients together.
  4. Drizzle over the salad when you are ready to eat.
