Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 banana sliced
  • 1-2 tsp graham crackers crushed

Method
 

  1. Mix the above ingredients in a bowl or container to put in the fridge,
    Once everything is mixed up, place in the fridge until you are ready to eat.
    They need a couple of hours for the oats to soak up the liquids, and can last 3-4 days in the fridge for easy meal prep.
